No. We cannot engrave metal. We can 'engrave' anodized metals, however. The laser can remove the anodization and expose the metal under. We have done this for custom dog tags.

Yes! We love making custom pieces. We can add a person's name, business name, year or other text to an existing piece. We can cut an existing piece out of a different material. That depends on a lot of factors. Usually it takes about 2 weeks to design and cut a custom piece. Many pieces will take much longer. October thru December is our busy time and custom pieces could take more time during this period. Please contact us to get an estimate.

You email us your approval to get started on the design. Upon approval we will get started on the design. When we get the cut file(s) designed we will email you a proof. You will email your approval of the design or any changes that need to be made. When proof is approved, we will make your custom piece and get it shipped out to you. Custome pieces CANNOT be refunded or returned. ALL changes to the piece need to be made BEFORE the proof is approved.
